Liquid Sunshine Car Wash

I always enjoyed having a membership at Nascar car wash.Now its name has changed to Liquid Sunshine car wash.The owner of Liquid Sunshine a (older man) unfortunately does not have good customer service methods and has a nasty attitude towards customers.Thats no way to start a business.What has made matters worse is even after reviewing my account and clearly seeing I have been a faithful customer with a membership for years in no way did his attitude change. I was told by multiple employees that my monthly rates would be grandfathered in with new ownership.Well that was false because the owner does not want to honor my grandfathered in rate.Well guess what!! Now he has lost much more because he has lost my business of three vehicles because he chose to not show good faith by honering my grandfathered in rate. Also wanted to mention that even if my rate wasn't going to be honored I probably would have just lowered my plan from top tier car wash to a lower grade car wash to keep things affordable for me but with his bad costumer service this made me question if I even wanted to continue being a costumer of this establishment.I guess I will just have to find a new car wash unfortunately. Don't throw your money at an establishment that has no word, No good costumer service or show good faith when a costumer was promised something. Take responsibility for your employees don't have it fall onto a faithful costumer to the establishment.

Yesterday, I unwittingly parked under a tree that was shedding its berries, and found that, by the end of the day, about 20 over-ripe berries had splattered and partially dried on the hood and roof of my car. This morning, I took it to NASCAR Car Wash and got their mid-tier wash. It seemed to me that the car was moved through the wash awfully fast -- it seemed as though no step of the process was completely finished before the next one started. I thought, "How well could this be cleaning?" Sure enough, when it was done, and I got out to take a look, there were many small spots of berry on the hood and roof. Fortunately, the wash had softened them, so I could scrape them off with my thumbnail. But then I had to go home and hose the car off to get that residue off it. Since the purpose of a car wash is to clean the car, and this one failed, it gets 1 star. I believe that if the speed of the wash had been slower, it might have done the job. But lesson learned: from now on, I'll go to a gas station automatic wash that washes once back and once forward.

USE AT OWN RISK. On June 2nd, 2023, I went through Nascar car wash and their machine malfunctioned, propelling the car behind me into my car. Shortly afterwards, it happened to another set of cars. They admitted fault, but good luck getting them to answer your calls and emails to fix your car. Just go to another car wash, it's not worth the risk or hassle.

It's a "touch" car wash but it's much better than Sonics. This wash is a drive through belted wash. Just put your car in neutral once you get on the belt and enjoy the light show. Dogs and kiddos enjoy the show going through the wash and the car comes out nice and clean. They have stations for vacuuming and cleaning and also options for additional cleaning service. Monthly pass is around $32 and you can wash as much as you want and get half price on a second vehicle. The kids who work here are just wonderful and have such good customer service skills. Very friendly.

January 2024 it was not able to use the car wash for the nine times I stopped. (Google Maps) Talk to the new owner. His response was we were having issues. We washed 503 cars in January. Didn't offer any credit or compensation for lack of service. Going to give Steve's Carwash at 111th & Rt 59 a monthly try. Possibly U wash chain at 135th & Rt 59 by Meijer Plainfield. Monthly pass has more location.
